3.  Do you offer creative help?

Yes, we do!  Many of our customers only have an idea of what they want, but no artwork to start from. 

Contact us and we’ll help you through the creative process.  It’s what we love to do…and it’s FREE!

4.  What is your delivery time?

We have 2 delivery options:

$15 = 3 weeks from art (or sample) approval

$30 = 2 weeks from art (or sample) approval

5.  What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.

6.  What is my order cost?

Order cost depends on product type, design, size, and quantity.

7.  What do art proofs cost?

Art proofs are always FREE!  We’ll do as many revisions as needed until the art proof is exactly as you want it.

8.  What do samples cost?

A sample of your custom patch or pin costs $50 including shipping.

We also have generic samples we can send you for $5.

9.  What does shipping cost?

We have 2 delivery options:

10.  When do I pay for the order?

You pay for the order upon art approval.
